Customers are responsible for paying 100% of the selected service package value immediately after submitting a service request to Nova AI.
The service period begins on the date Nova AI officially grants access, as specified in the notification email sent to the customer.
Subscription renewal payments must be completed before the expiration of the current subscription period. Nova AI will send renewal notices accordingly.
